I once had a sister-in-law who claimed to be a Christian, and when my Love was desperate, I begged her to help my wife.

She said to my Love, “I've been asked to help you, so I'm here, but don't tell me about your life”.

Why do so many Christians drink the “Kool-Aid?” Why have we been Lulled Asleep? Have we lost the understanding of the true Gospel?

So beautiful, but yet so deadly. Afghanistan is so beautiful.

I “recently” had a “conversation” with a pastor and told him that he had slandered me four times in a row on the telephone, about something that was life damaging for my family and me, when we were at our most vulnerable. He repeatedly denied it four times in a row. Then, when he found out that my wife and at least two other Christians heard him say what he said, he replied “Oh, I didn't know you were listening and heard what I said. I'm sorry you (the other people) heard what I said.” He then, sadly, tried to talk himself out of his lies. Sadly also, when confronted with the knowledge that others had heard his vitriol, he never repented.

Some boys . . . Are they the Elect, or do we simply ignore them?

Missions can be fun, for those who are going for the trip, and consider it to be a great experience. There are vacations to foreign countries, vacations in the local country, week-end get-aways, and more!

Is this real missions, or does the church just fool itself? And what about the people?

Having been invited by the indigenous churches in several countries, we wonder what He would have us do?

(Warning: Never do missions under the auspices of an American church that is not subject and in obedience to the indigenous church, no matter how it is painted. Don't take the words of the American church on this, no matter how sincere they may seem. We must be as wise as serpents; we must calculate like a king before battle.)

Doctrinolotry-An unhealthy devotion, even worship, of and to feeding oneself with doctrine and being in-love with doctrine; feeling wonderfully comfortable with one's situation in Christ and the doctrine one has been given so as not to realize that Jesus came to seek and save that which was LOST. Of course, that is just Scripture, so we don't have to believe that. [Please note the sarcasm.]

Some say blood is thicker than water; others don't believe this.

Christians can be the best of friends or the worst of enemies. This sadly reflects on the Creator.
